4. Both Metropolis And Gotham As Playable Areas
If Rocksteady is going full-steam ahead in creating their shared DC gaming universe, then having both Metropolis as well as Gotham as playable areas would go a long way in connecting their new series to the previous Arkham games.
Although the Batman titles rarely allowed you to revisit areas from the previous games, you could always see them on the horizon, adding an element of cohesion to the world of the franchise.
Of course, the only thing stopping players from visiting those areas then was having no means of getting there, but with Superman's ability to fly there'd be no reason why he couldn't just check out those neighbouring cities.
Metropolis should still be the focal point of course, but if Rocksteady decide to have more than one location for Supes to explore, Gotham City should definitely be one of them.
