10 Wonders Of The World You Can Explore In Video Games
8. Golden Gate Bridge - Watch Dogs 2
As with New York in Spider-Man, San Francisco is lovingly recreated in Watch Dogs 2, the vastly superior sequel to Ubisoft's original. It would have been easy to once again put the entire city as it's own entry again, but no landmark is as iconic as the giant red arches that are the Golden Gate Bridge.
The structure connecting to Marin County to the City by the Bay was built in-game to be climbed, as is most Ubisoft games nowadays, and getting to the top to view the city in all it's beauty is something that no other game company can quite capture the feeling of.
Unlike other games where climbing alone is the answer, the player must utilize their hacking skills to reach the summit. Once this is done, you can attempt to recreate Max Zorin's death in A View To A Kill, if you fancy.
You can also tag the bridge with your own graffiti marks, but doing so would be disrespectful to this amazing piece of modern engineering. Whether you want to enjoy the views or stroll from one end to the other, this is the next best way to seeing it besides actually going there.
