10 Worst Games Of 2018 (So Far)
Agony indeed.
2018 has been a (mostly) spectacular year for games so far, if not quite as unstoppable as the first half of 2017. The first six months of the year have seen gamers blessed with likes of God of War, Celeste, Shadow of the Colossus, Subnautica, Moss, Yakuza 6, Detroit: Become Human and many more top-shelf offerings.
With close to 10,000 games now releasing on Steam alone every year, there's more variety for gamers than ever, if also a much larger pile of tat to sift their way through.
That's generally where reviews come in, though thanks to the godsend that is Steam's permissive refund policy of recent years - allowing you to play two hours of a game and get your money back - curious gamers can play glorified two-hour demos of any new PC game without fear of losing their hard-earned cash.
Naturally, consoles also served up their own share of awfulness, and from the first six months of 2018, these are the titles across all platforms that most left us shocked, frustrated, appalled and even amused at just how bad games can get...
