Getting an already critically-panned sports game like NBA 2K13 in 2013 would certainly be a letdown for subscribers, but you could at least get some enjoyment out of it for a short time. The same can't be said of this lacklustre release, Foosball 2012, the digitised version of that 'famous' bar game where you flip sticks back and forth and try to knock a ball into your opponent's goal. The fact that a digital Foosball game is even a thing is mind-boggling in itself, but the idea that Sony then decided to give it away to its subscribers is beyond insane. It isn't even a collection of bar games including things like darts or pool, instead it's just Foosball. And if you thought that such a minimalist concept would result in at least a photo realistic table, you'd be sorely wrong.
