10 Worst Video Games Of 2018

3. Hello Neighbor (Nintendo Switch)

Hello Neighbor
Dynamic Pixels

Released on Xbox One and PC late last year, this intriguing yet divisive survival horror stealth game was ported to PS4, Switch and mobile platforms this past summer.

As perfectly-suited to the Switch as the game seemed on paper, the console's limitations make an already rough game actively painful to play.

The goal is to sneak inside your creepy, suspicious neighbour's basement without being caught, which is naturally much easier said than done.

The game's frustratingly shaky mechanics and logic notwithstanding, this is one of the few Switch ports possible of giving the atrocious WWE 2K18 port a run for its money.

The frame-rate is tolerable, but the general image quality is absolutely repulsive, and despite the obvious portable appeal of the Switch, this probably should've never been certified for release.

And if all that's not bad enough, it costs a clinically insane £35.99 from the Nintendo eShop. Yikes.
