10 WWE Superstars Who Never Made It Into A WWE Video Game

9. The Soul Patrol (Tony Atlas & Rocky Johnson)

When deciding exactly which tag teams should be included in a WWE video game, it's tempting to ask the question, "Were they ever tag team champions?" as a basic barometer. But then you remember that guys like The Bodydonnas held the belts and that benchmark suddenly doesn't seem right.

But being the first African-American tag team to win the championships should put even the most mediocre pairing into consideration for video game immortality. But The Soul Patrol was anything but mediocre.

Tony Atlas and Rocky Johnson were as dynamic as they were charismatic, so it's weird that none of the WWE video game properties have brought them back into the fold as playable legends.

Johnson at least deserves a nod as the father of one of the most iconic figures in all of sports entertainment.

Why not bring Rocky back for some sort of heritage storyline? It would have been cool as hell to play through the tag team mode with Rocky and The Rock side by side. Hell, put High Chief Peter Maivia in there as their manager and make it a complete family affair...age differences and continuity be damned.
