85. Vamp - Metal Gear Solid 2

Vamp Vamp acquired his name when he lost his entire family in a church bombing, only surviving himself by feeding on their blood until he was recovered. He now has vampire-like attributes and can walk across water and vertical walls, as well as easily surviving fatal wounds due to a set of nanomachines in his body that promoted his healing.

84. Jack Krauser - Resident Evil 4

Jack Krauser Before the events of Resident Evil 4 Krauser was Leon's partner, but soon became power-hungry after the loss of his left arm during a mission. After finding Albert Wesker, Krauser came after Leon with his new mutated arm, leading to one of the series boss battles in which you were tasked with finding three parts of a medallion before engaging Krauser in a knife fight.

83. Lieutenant General Shepherd - Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Shephard Shepherd was the mastermind of the events that kicked off the war between the new Ultranationalist Russia and the United States of America. Angry at losing so many men during the events of Modern Warfare 1, and the way it was hushed up, Shepherd instigates a war, killing multiple central characters, all in order to cement his own status as a war hero.

82. Alec Trevelyan - Goldeneye

Trevelyan Alec Trevelyan is one of the most famous villains of all time, both for his place in the Goldeneye film and the N64 game. A traitor to the British secret service, he planned to steal all the money from the Bank of England before erasing all of its financial records to conceal the theft. The final shootout as you chase Trevelyan around the Cradle is challenging and exhilarating all at once.

Vega Vega, original Japanese name Balrog, is a Spanish nobleman who was a skilled fighter, until his ugly Stepfather murdered his Mother, after which he began to perceive unattractiveness as a threat. Believing himself to be the most attractive person in the world, he wears a mask to protect his looks and wields claws that give him an extended reach, whilst also allowing him to scale the background of his fighting stage.
