11 DC Characters We Want To See In The Suicide Squad Game

9. Rick Flag Jr

Even though the Squad members have to be fitted with explosive collars so that Waller can control them, she doesn't trust them enough to leave them alone while they're out working. So, she sends Rick Flag in with them, like an enforcer. Rick Jr (who's dad was the leader of the first Suicide Squad), may or may not be a playable character in the game. It will be pretty interesting to see how he interacts with the Suicide Squad throughout since he hates their guts in the comics, and has an individual grudge with each member. Many long-term book fans will question how he will be incorporated into the narrative, because in the written version he does prove himself to be proficient in combat, and he's given Batman more than a few hits in various stories. It's worth noting at this point, that you do see a bit of Rick in Arkham Origins: Blackgate, which hints at his inclusion in the bigger game, and that he may also act as a reluctant mentor for the team. Given the point above regarding Deathstroke, look for Rick to collide with him over how the group pursues each mission.
