It's another of those Unown again, this time the 'O' Unown. At other points in the trailer, you can see Tim wearing an 'H' unown shirt, too, and after the voiceover line saying "It was magic that brought us together, and that magic is called 'hope'"...
Don't be surprised if Tim's later seen in 'P' and 'E' shirts. And considering Unown is mystical to the extreme, it's not unreasonable to say that the Unown 'HOPE' really is magic.
That's Psyduck's bill poking out from behind the girl, too. It's good to see Psyduck is still the wacky comic relief like it was in the Pokémon anime!
