1. Kefka - Final Fantasy VI
Surprise. Were you expecting someone else? No? Whatever.
So, Kefka is a psycho with no holds barred and a sociopathic, hater of everything. Unlike a lot of other FF antagonists, Kefka is maniacal and bent on destruction; the only joy he feels is from the pain of death and chaos stricken upon others.
No other ideals, just a lust for worldwide deconstruction.
Poisoning everyone cause he wants to, taking out the Emperor(not Palpatine), proclaims himself a god and ventures forth on destroying the entire world, because he wants to.
Maybe he doesn't destroy the ENTIRE world, but with the last few chapters, Kefka took a damn good crack at it. After Kefka's involvement, EVERYTHING is f*cked.
