7. Horizon Zero Dawn 2

Considering it's been three years since Guerilla Games came out of nowhere with Horizon Zero Dawn, arguably the biggest new IP of the generation, it's surprising that there's been no official word on a follow up.

Even the leaks have been few and far between, with only a scant few confirming that it's definitely in development (if the 10 million copies the original sold didn't guarantee it).

Earlier this year though, actor Janina Gavankar let it slip that a sequel was indeed in production, saying that fans will "die" when they see it. In a good way, I'd presume.

Considering how long it's already been since the original released, hopefully an announcement will be around the corner. It being a launch game for the PS5 might be wishful thinking, but it should hopefully drop within the console's first year.
