7. Dr. Nefarious - Ratchet And Clank
Dr. Nefarious is a recurring antagonist in the Ratchet and Clank franchise, and he is every bit as evil as his name suggests.
Nefarious was born as an organic life-form, but was knocked off of a catwalk and into some machinery, which transformed him into a robot.
Most of Nefarious' plots revolve around turning entire populations into robots and/or enslaving the galaxy, and while this may seem cartoonish when compared with some of the other entries on this list, the implications of his goals are disturbing.
Nefarious aims to seize control of the galaxy by any means necessary, and is willing to destroy and attack entire civilisations to achieve it.
Again, Nefarious may not be a doctor of medicine, but he's certainly a particularly unpleasant character and Ratchet and Clank seem to be constantly foiling his grandiose schemes, earning him a spot on the list.
If you ended up under Nefarious' knife, you'd most likely wake up with more than a few robotic parts.
