Another popular suggestion was The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3. There’s a lot to contend with here, an industrial raider town suffering through a plague that calls on you to make some damn tricky choices in a conflict between slaves and raider masters. You’re tasked with uncovering a cure for the mutations plaguing the town that the raider boss is hiding away. Turns out that cure is his daughter, a baby girl. Yeah.

You can either rescue the baby, leaving the population diseased and enslaved, or hand it over to make a cure out of. Yucky. Whichever faction you don’t end up supporting will hate you, obviously. But what’s far yuckier is a third option, which will make everyone hate you. That’s by using the cannibal mod to eat the baby. As Fallout itself would say, ‘Everyone Disliked That’.
