10. Irithyll Dugeon - Dark Souls III

If you played through the Irithyll Dungeon section of Dark Souls III while wearing headphones, there's a good chance you ended up in the hospital with a coronary, and even if not, you might've been left with some lingering PTSD.

Shortly after entering the dungeon, you'll find a cell containing a dead body, and upon attempting to loot it, you'll be met with an insanely loud screech, which has clearly been made intentionally louder than any other creature in the rest of the game.

If you've played through this part of the DS3, you're surely triggered by the mere mention of that damn dungeon. Sweet merciful Christ.
