12 Bizarre Japanese Video Games You Won’t Believe Exist
8. Toilet Kids (PC)
If I was asked to design a video game at the age of six, then it'd probably conceptually be something like Toilet Kids. In this top-down shmupp-style shooter, you traverse a world filled with fecal creatures seeking to cover you with poop. Among your adversaries are turtles with turds for shells, camels with turds on their backs, spiders with rumps for faces, hind-fronted helicopters, and all assortment of generic enemies that either have a human ass slapped onto them or a turd on their head. There are some friendly feces out there too though, as sparkly gold turds littered around levels can be picked up to replenish your health - although how you ingest them is... probably best not thought about.
