There's really not much about Bloodborne that's explicitly funny or hilarious. Watching GIFs of players struggling through its demonic, Gothic world and dying in cruel, unpredictable ways may evoke laughter, but of the dry, sardonic variety that says 'I feel your pain'. When the GIF starts, you don't think much of the boulder that rolls off the right side of the screen, but when it rolls back to crush the player who was knocked under it by a beastly ambush, it's yet another brutal reminder to never let your guard down in a Hidetaka Miyazaki game.
