I'm grouping the two of these together, because everyone needs to own one arbitrarily stunning driving game. It just so happens that the PS4 and Xbox One have one exclusive each.
First up, and falling apart at the seams as Evolution Studios just couldn't get a workable build together back in 2014, Driveclub became one of those games that came into its own after scores of post-launch patches.
One of which was the weather update, resulting in hands-down the best weather effects you'll ever see. Water actually builds up around the track or on your car in real time, and that's without mentioning the base graphics model here is incredibly solid - even showcasing photo-accurate interiors for each vehicle.
