11. Jason - Friday The 13th (NES)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfyDRb0apjE Friday the 13th, developer LJN's classic *cough* game for the NES almost goes out of its way to make the immortal killer of the series look like the oversized moron. Quite an achievement really. When you reach the final boss he is easily defeated by leaning to the left and right with the d-pad and throwing stones. The Jason of the movies is a giant, blade-wielding monster, who silently stalks Camp Crystal Lake for his next teenage victims, but the Jason of the game looks like a clown in a purple jump suit. James Rolfe, the creator of the Angry Video Game Nerd, said it best in his review of this game, "What were they thinking?"
