There are probably several entries from Kojima's flamboyant franchise that could make this list, and an honorable mention must go to Vamp - the water-walking, blood-sucking knife expert. But Fatman wholesomely embodies that strange 'throw some crap at the wall and see what sticks' ethos. That's how we ended up with an obese, roller-blading bomb expert with a penchant for manicures and pink nailpaint. When you first meet the oafish Fatman (as the goofy Raiden), he sips on a glass of red wine, before smashing it on the ground then running circles round you and planting bombs all over the place, forcing you to run around picking them up after him like a neurotic neat freak constantly tidying up after their antithetically sloppy housemate. It's a challenging and enjoyable enough battle, but there's just virtually no context for this guy's existence in MGS lore. Yes, he was planted there by the Patriots, but Dead Cell didn't realise and , but fundamentally he's just a fat dude on rollerblades who's into bombing and terrorism for the 'Lols'.
