A bit like Dark Phoenix, Seth has a couple of weaknesses that stop him from becoming a totally OP mess of a character.

However, not only was he generally a hard hitter, but it was difficult to gauge which combo or move he'd throw at you next, and even the most skilled Street Fighter players would find themselves doing complex mathematical sums in their head to counter whatever he had planned.

Fortunately, Seth's reputation has become the stuff of legend now. That's because Capcom had to outright admit that they messed up and subsequently nerfed him - but that doesn't provide much solace to those whose memories of the game's launch are entirely made up of getting whooped by this Doctor Manhattan-looking motherf*****.
