Spidey doesn't do half-bad in gaming. In fact, the web-slinger's transition to the gaming market has been pretty good overall. There's been more than a few really good Spider-Man games over the years, topped off nicely by the fantastic PS4 game released by Insomniac.

Unfortunately, however, there've been some duds too. The worst of the bunch is probably the Amazing Spider-Man 2, a tie-in with the movie of the same name.

Everything about Amazing Spider-Man 2 screams "rush job". Unfinished textures, janky character models, terrible pop-in and awful textures plague this game. Then there's the actual gameplay too - it's all very finicky and clumsy, with weird swinging mechanics (the left and right shoulder buttons control Spidey's left/right hands respectively), a combat system that tries to copy the Arkham games and fails, and some shockingly bad stealth sections thrown in for good measure too.
