13 Last Minute Video Game Rumours For E3 2016

8. Borderlands 3 Is Officially Announced

Borderlands fans are of course salivating at the prospect of a new title landing at this year's E3, considering that The Pre-Sequel released in late 2014 and Borderlands 2 hit stores way back in 2012.

How Likely Is It?: Gearbox's Randy Pitchford has acknowledged that the game is in active development, though that was never in doubt, but given that the company's Battleborn has only just released, they'll surely be throwing their support that way rather than already moving onto their next project.

The best fans can hope for is a teaser trailer that likely gives away virtually nothing, and anything more than that would be a major, major surprise. 3/10
