13 Video Games That Must Appear At E3 2018

5. Splinter Cell Reboot

The last Splinter Cell game, Blacklist, was released back in 2013 to strong acclaim but disappointing sales, prompting Ubisoft to put the series on ice.

In recent years rumours have persisted that Ubisoft is hard at work on a franchise reboot, which would bring original voice actor Michael Ironside back to play Sam Fisher in an otherwise radical reinvention of the series.

Ubisoft has been coy about letting anything slip, but at least confirmed last year that the series is a priority, and to "stay tuned." It's safe to say that fans have waited long enough.

How Likely Is It?: This one really could go either way, as Ubisoft's always got countless plates spinning in the air. It's pretty much equally possible that the new Splinter Cell game, assuming it does indeed exist, both lands at E3 and misses it entirely. 5/10
