10. Ghost Recon: Wildlands

Ghost Recon: Wildlands isn't perfect, but it's one of the best co-op games in years, and although you'll still enjoy yourself if you're playing alone, adding a few friends to the mix is the way Wildlands was meant to be played.

Stealthily stalking outposts and lining up your targets before silently taking them out has rarely felt more satisfying, yet it's the moments that don't quite go to plan that make Wildlands a great co-op experience.

Botching an infiltration to have your entire team retreating to face off against the incoming onslaught of enemies adds a great deal of spontaneity to each mission, and this back-and-forth between finishing objectives either through perfect stealth or by barely scraping through by the skin of your teeth means that no two sessions ever feel the same - even if the missions themselves often have you completing strikingly similar tasks.

It's not quite as polished as it could have been, but the ability to explore an open world this big with your friends makes Wildlands greater than the sum of its parts.
