What Is It?

Chromodoris lochi is a species of nudibranch (or sea slug) known for its bright colours. The name "nudibranch" comes from the latin and greek for "naked gills" - yes, the latin for naked is "nudi".

Fun Fact:

Despite be, well, a slug, there are some reports of nudibranch being able to make sounds. A report from 1884 described it aslike "the clink of a steel wire on the side of the jar", although no one really knows how or why they do it.
