Despite critics panning it for ripping off Batman: Arkham's combat model wholeheartedly, the tie-in Cap game that sat along his first movie was still a very solid affair. You'd slam home haymakers left an right, dodge-roll under bullets and send enemies flying across the room - even unleash your shield and watch it sentiently ping-pong from foe to foe.

If you're a Cap fan and loved watching him dispatch foes in The Winter Soldier, playing it felt like embodying every fight scene therein. For a sequel, it's probably worth Marvel letting a studio do astandalone releaselike what Platinum havewith Transformers: Devastation or the upcoming TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan.

However,if they did do a belaboured Civil War tie-in from his perspective, it would be worth remembering just how much ground has already been expertly covered by Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (more on that later).
