13. Zombi (PS4 Edition)

Zombie games as a genre should be the easy go-to for any developer (it's certainly what Konami are trying with Metal Gear Survive *shudder*), but for Ubisoft, the annoyingly-titled 'Zombi U' on Wii U eventually came to PS4, yet where the former used the Wii U Gamepad for some interesting dual screen inventory gimmicks and item usage, Ubisoft's version was a half-baked mess.

Gone was the game's unique appeal, as the machine it was originally built for no longer provided a foundation for gameplay.

The UI was amateurish at best, combat felt floaty and lifeless, and for as much as a Dark Souls-style "run-to-your-corpse-to-retrieve-your-items" mechanic was cool in a zombie setting, everything about actually playing Zombi just reeked of what you'd find on Steam's Early Access page.
