15 Biggest WTF Gaming Moments Of 2015 (So Far)

3. Fallout 4 Is Announced And It's Coming THIS YEAR

Although many fans have been expecting it for a while now, this expectation didn't stop the announcement of Fallout 4 from sending every gamer into a hysterical frenzy. Teased for a day with timer over the classic stylised "please stand by" Fallout message, speculation about release date, features and platforms sky-rocketed over the 24 hour period. However, after the initial trailer that followed the first tease, Bethesda's E3 conference was the moment the Fallout 4 hype really hit lightspeed. Showcasing almost half an hour of footage and features from the upcoming RPG, the wealth of gameplay on show was exactly what everyone had been hoping for. Even then Bethesda still had one thing left to answer: when could players actually get their hands on the hotly-anticipated title? Sooner than anyone would have thought, the publisher announced the game would release this November, meaning it would go from first reveal to retail release in under six months, something that just never happens with giant triple A games in this industry, especially in 2015.
