7. Becoming Monstrous - Payday 2: Crimewave Edition

Payday 2 is a game that feels like it was released 10 years ago, not because it feels dated, but because it always seems to just creep back around with a title update or new DLC. It's been out for 2 years on the Xbox One, but a recent title update this summer brought with it a handful achievements, one of them being Becoming Monstrous.

This achievement is going to task you with obtaining the twenty-fifth level of infamy. The infamous system in Payday is its own take on the prestige system found in almost every online game nowadays. And yes, you read that correctly, you need to reach the TWENTY-FIFTH prestige.

To reach each level of infamy in Payday 2, you first need to reach level 100. So for this, you're going to have to reach level 2500, which is just absurd to even think about. Payday 2 isn't exactly an easy game to play either, you need cooperation from teammates or you're doomed. The only real way to consistently level up is to also play on the hardest difficulty, which can be an absolute nightmare depending on your squad.

Reaching just the first level of infamy is also an achievement in Payday 2, and it's only been unlocked by 3.85%, which is in line with some of the achievements on this list. Only 0.05% have reached the peak of twenty-five, however. Unless Payday 2 is your favorite game of all time, there's just no way you'll be coming anywhere near the first level of infamy let alone the twenty-fifth.
