15 Hilarious Translation Fails In Video Games

4. Super Mario Sunshine

If anyone could be counted on to make a translation error in a AAA game released since the turn of the millennium, it was always going to be Nintendo. Yet there's something so primally appealing about having your acquisition of an in-game item, or any item for that matter, suffixed by the word 'Get'. 'Food Get', 'Beers Get', and 'Sex Get' all work, and of course you need to point at the ceiling each time you say it as if there's a camera looking down at you (use Mario here for guidance). The phrase is so pleasing that it has gone on to become a meme - subsequently making appearances in reputable games like Super Meat Boy and Minecraft.
