8. Hideo Kojima's New Game

Konami may still have the rights to the entire Metal Gear Solid mythos, but Kojima is branching away and creating an all-new property that'll probably see him through for the next few decades.

All we've got so far is a fancy genre-mashing logo and a couple of character renders (that are ostensibly the logo come to life), yet it'll be E3 that hopefully lets the world gets eyes on what he's been cooking up.

Kojima loves to please the fans, loves the E3 hype and - most recently - mentioned that he wants to show off his latest work "as soon as possible."
