7. Sucker Punch/Sony's Exclusive Spider-Man Title

Part of a major hoax and then resigned to the annals of prankdom forevermore, like Shadow of Mordor 2, the idea of a PS4-exclusive Spidey game then popped up on a member of Blur Studios' CV. If real, it does make a lot of sense.

Sony have pretty much given up on doing Spidey movies, yet the character has always had a video game tie-in for as long as I can remember, alongside other spin-offs, just for the sake of how popular he is.

Captain America: Civil War would mark the first time we've had a silver screen Web-Head, unless this title is in fact, real.

And think about it: Sony still have the rights to Spidey overall, and have used him in the past as a major part of selling the PS2 (plus the original PS3 font was the Spidey movie font). Sucker Punch's Infamous games are already built to let you explore open cityscapes and take to the rooftops with ease, and going forward they need a major exclusive to sit alongside the upcoming PlayStation 4 NEO console.

Likelihood of this happening? 9/10.
