15 Impossible PlayStation Trophies Nobody Unlocked

1. Metal Gear Solid 4 - Platinum Trophy

Although I've attempted to steer clear away from including rare platinum trophies in this article, Metal Gear Solid 4 has such an assortment of difficult challenges that need to be completed before you can unlock its final trophy, that they probably would have taken up all the spots on this entire list. Not introduced until well after the game€™s launch, PS3 players welcomed trophies as a new excuse to revisit one of their favourite games with open arms. That is, until they actually saw the list of challenges they'd need to complete.

Although some of the trophies looked rather easy and run of the mill at first - such as the task of unlocking all of the game's weapons - even something as simple as collecting guns became much more difficult when you could only grab some of them after the most insanely hard playthroughs. To unlock all the weapons you actually need to first collect all the emblems in the game too, each coming with their own specific requirements.

To unlock the Big Boss emblem for instance, you need to play through on the highest difficulty, using no continues, no health or special items and without alerting or killing guards. Oh, and you have to do it all in under five hours. On you go then.
