Achieved by 3.3% of players Stanley Parable is a game that makes you question the very nature of gaming, and just how much control you have over your experience. It's an oddball game with a fittingly strange collection of achievements to unlock, with the most difficult one being the mysterious "Unachievable" award. There are a few people who managed to attain it, but none are sure exactly how, with the actual method still being a tightly-guarded developer secret. All that's known is that there is an element of randomness to the whole thing. However, in late 2013 some of Stanley Parable's more tech-minded players took matters into their own hands. Having lost patience with the achievement's elusiveness and the developer's pleasure in watching people bang their heads against the wall, they reverse-engineered the game's code and found a piece of the command line that could be tweaked to unlock it. In response, the developer has tweaked the achievement so that this workaround no longer works and the solution is even more randomised.
