15 Most Disappointing Video Games Of 2015

5. Batman: Arkham Knight (PC)

Metacritic Score: 71 Note that the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Rocksteady's new Batman game scored 87 and 85 respectively. The disparity is due to the PC game launching as a broken, unoptimised mess, with the frame-rate dropping as low as 10 FPS during Batmobile sequences even on high-end hardware. A day after release, the game was pulled from Steam and refunds were offered to the thousands of angry gamers, and it soon became known that Warner Bros. knew about the technical issues and agreed to ship the game anyway rather than delay it, which only ignited the situation further. After several patches were released, the game was again made available for sale on Steam in late October, but was again widely criticised due to the overwhelming technical issues which persisted. When a PC gamer gets the raw end of the deal and a game performs better on consoles, you know something has gone horribly wrong. What a wretched disappointment.
