15 Most Disappointing Video Games Of 2015

4. Halo 5: Guardians

Metacritic Score: 84 The quality of Halo 5's multiplayer lives up to the high standard set by previous games, but the game let players down in one major area: the single-player campaign. 343 assured gamers that the campaign would be significantly longer and more involved than previous games, which typically hovered around the 6-hour mark. They lied. Halo 5's campaign can be beaten in under 5 hours or just a few hours longer on higher difficulty settings, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. You don't play as Master Chief for most of the game, several missions are simply walking and talking simulators, and the much-advertised Locke vs. Chief feud is a much-less pivotal part of the final story than you'd think. Plus, did anyone ever really think that Chief had become a bad guy? It was so ridiculously obvious and just compounded how lame the single-player was compared to the typically stellar multiplayer suite.
