13. Sandtrap – Halo 3
The first map to include the enormous Elephant vehicle. Big enough to contain a full team plus vehicles while still being able to drive the vehicle around the entire map, albeit at a snail's pace. The map is barren with not much outside, except for being killed by mines if you venture too far outside the map. Vehicles are what made this map so iconic.
In Capture the Flag matches, the original capture points were on the Elephants themselves. This meant you could drive your Elephant all the way around the map to your opponent's Elephant to go for the quick and easy captures. Although this also gives your opponent the same luxury.
