11. Tom Stubbs' Dong (GTA: The Lost & Damned)

Tom Stubbs is a Liberty City politician who The Lost & Damned's protagonist Johnny Klebitz works for throughout the game, though easily the most memorable thing about him is that he appears nude briefly during a cut-scene. Johnny meets him while he's having a massage, and after he sends the masseuse on her way, Rockstar frames the scene so that, thankfully, players can't see Stubbs' genitalia, though are well aware that he's naked. This is teased for the entire scene, but at the end of the conversation, players get an eyeful of Stubbs' birthday suit, as his member flaps around on screen for a whole 15 seconds, complete with a creepy pelvic thrust at the end. Though clearly done for comic effect, did anyone really feel the need to see this? It was just Rockstar trying to push the envelope a little for the sake of shock value, and to their credit, it certainly worked.
