15 Things Only Rainbow Six: Siege Fans Will Understand
5. Clinching A Victory After Dying (And Getting No credit)
Speaking of how effective traps are, some of the best moments in Siege come from watching your perfectly-laid plans get executed by dumb enemy players who should know better. Seeing that the final opponent has been caught in a bear trap or blown away with a hidden bomb is glorious, but it feels even better when it happens after you've been killed.
Watching on the cameras and praying - willing - other players to walk straight into your devious booby traps always results in a rush, and you feel like an utter master if your well-placed defences win a round. Manically laughing as their dead bodies go flying provides never-ending satisfaction - but it always rings a bit empty because you never get the credit for clinching a round.
It could have been a three-vs-one showdown and your traps killed two and downed the other, but all the credit will still go to that final guy who did nothing but hide in the corner and let your gadgets do the dirty work.
