15 Upcoming Video Games You'll Play Even If The Reviews Are Terrible

4. Star Wars: Battlefront

Release Date: Late 2015. The Buzz: The third entry into the classic multiplayer shooter series, coming a decade after the previous game and perfectly-timed to coincide with the release of Star Wars Episode VII. Why It Could Suck: Despite all the excitement about a third Battlefront game, there's also a lot of concern over rumours that the third-person shooter series is going to be transformed into a bland first-person shooter with a Star Wars skin. After all, it's being developed by DICE, who make the Battlefield games, and as such it would be easy for the game to simply be a re-skinned Battlefield. Why You'll Play It Anyway: Because a re-skinned Battlefield with Star Wars visuals would still be better than not having a Battlefront game at all. Given how many players will likely be giving Battlefield: Hardline a miss this year because it just looks like glorified DLC, hopefully DICE are focusing most of their attention on this instead.
