15 Upcoming Video Games You'll Play Even If The Reviews Are Terrible
3. The Next Call Of Duty
Release Date: November 2015. The Buzz: Nothing is known about the game yet beyond the fact that Treyarch will be developing it. Could it be Black Ops III? Or will it be an entirely new title? Why It Could Suck: Call of Duty is something of a pot luck these days: some games are incredibly bland and forgettable, and then other years (as with Advanced Warfare last year), one of the three developers cooks up something fresh and unique to reinvigorate the series. It's difficult to think of what Treyarch could come up with that isn't simply re-treading past successes, though. Why You'll Play It Anyway: Because it's Call of Duty and you buy Call of Duty every year like the sucker you are. Don't feel bad though: pretty much everyone does it, and even the worst CoD games are still good fun for a week or so. Then you hit Prestige mode, finish the campaign and let it collect dust forever more...
