15 Worst Video Games Of The Decade (So Far)

8. Aliens: Colonial Marines

For some, the epitome of wasted potential; Colonial Marines is emblematic not only of one of the worst performances from a celebrity voice actor in gaming history with Michael Biehn's half-baked delivery, but of a marketing campaign that literally showed footage that didn't remotely represent the final product, and an endgame that played like hot garbage. Biehn has since come out and commented on his time with the team as less than focussed, and the hodge-podge approach to the conceptual stages seemed to carry through to the execution, as guns fired with zero impact, the aliens themselves were more likely to be found tap-dancing like in the above GIF than being an imposing force and the general look of everything was like some weird beta-test for an upcoming project. Thankfully Alien: Isolation FINALLY saved the franchise and delivered something that ticked plenty of fans' boxes, as until last year this was one hell of a bad precedent to set.
