Trials-style games have existed in many forms and under many different names - but you'll always recognise them as "that bike game with the ragdoll'ing man", as from classrooms to offices and beyond, everyone's wiled away the hours trying to get up one of the impossibly vertical inclines at some point. The fun of Trials has forever been trying to shave off seconds of your time across increasingly awkward-looking courses, all designed to test the perfected physics model that governs your character's movement and weight distribution. Over time developer RedLynx have elected to include more and more layouts that simply make you go "But that's impossible!" at first glance, only for 40-odd attempts later to prove otherwise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-fCUiAy16U Fusion saw the series bring in some pretty neat-looking tricks - letting you fling your bike upside your head, pull off Superman poses or dangle off the handlebars mid-backflip etc. But it's the course design where everything always excels the most; in particular the signature Inferno track, which receives a major boost in difficulty with every sequel. Warning: The above video WILL make you want to go and try it for yourself, and you WILL tear out approximately 5000 strands of hair in the process. Do so at your own risk.
