A largely forgotten relic of 2009, Fuel was a very ambitious racing title set in a world ravaged by climate change and off-road racers. Though it didn't really master driving mechanics in the same way DiRT or GRID did, Fuel's game design was absolutely gorgeous and the world itself was incredible. If you fancy a virtual road-trip with your buddies, you could do a lot worse than right here. Be warned though, you're probably going to want to stock up on a lot of supplies beforehand - it's rough out there on the plains!
