16 Trailers For 2013's Most Anticipated Games

11. Deadpool

Everyones favorite merc with a mouth is getting his own video game and that is interesting in and of itself. The comic book favorite has struggled to transition over to other medias, with his appearance in Xmen Origins: Wolverine widely criticised, and the Ryan Reynolds backed movie having been stuck in development hell for years. The closest we ever got to a real Deadpool somewhere else was in the Hulk Vs. Wolverine marvel cartoon. However, that is likely to change with the Deadpool game. Voiced by legendary gaming icon Nolan North, the game seems like it is going to be the most faithful adaption of the character out of the comics. Tons of jokes, filth and 4th wall breaking asides lay await in the action title and it's making me wonder why they were never able to get a Deadpool game made earlier. Hopefully the game will be able to match its promise and deleiver great gameplay and not just rely on the comedy of the character. If High Moon can deliver crazy action to meet its crazy protagonist, it will be onto a winner.

10. Kill Zone: Shadow Fall

I am going to hold my hands up here and say that I have never really touched the Kill Zone franchise. Perhaps it is that my 'futuristic wars set in a gritty and hopeless reality' quota is just too full, but games like Gears of War have always taken priority over the Kill Zones and Resistances of the world. However, Shadow Fall is looking gorgeous and I must say, its central concept is interesting. I have always heard comparisons made between Kill Zone and German history and it seems that is going to continue. Set on the planet Vekta, a city is divided by a large wall that separates two warring factions. One fighting for the right to exist, the other for the right to survive. Consider my interest peaked.
