19. Reggie Fils-Aimé Becomes An Instant Legend (2004)

Industry figures don't get much more likeable than Nintendo's former President and COO Reggie Fils-Aimé, who became an instant online sensation when he made himself known to gamers during Nintendo's 2004 E3 presser.

At the start of the show, Fils-Aimé came to the stage and told the audience, "My name is Reggie. I'm about kicking ass, I'm about taking names, and we're about making games."

It immediately established Reggie as a supremely likeable figurehead for Nintendo, far away from the stuffy, charisma-devoid executives who so often front these conferences.

And considering this was the historic show where both the Nintendo DS and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess were unveiled, it was certainly helpful to have a charming host leading the way.

As won't surprise anyone who knows much about Reggie, this isn't the only time he'll be appearing on this list.
