20 Best PlayStation Exclusives Of The Decade
11. Tearaway
Tearaway, much like Gravity Rush, is another unique little adventure on the Vita that incorporates the interactive aspect of the console itself. For you see, in the world of Tearaway, everything is made of paper, a world in which you can rip and tear your way through. But nicely, obviously.
Media Molecule had already struck gold with their quirky LittleBigPlanet series, nailing the "games for kids and adults alike" market. Tearaway may not have hit those same highs, as the Vita wasn't a massively successful console.
But it did make up for it with buckets of charm, as well as utilising the Vita's features. Using the camera to redecorate things, using both touchpads to tear paper and create pathways, it was a grand little adventure.
It did reach a broader audience with its PS4 port, but the real fun was to be had in the Vita version. Seeing your fingers on screen as you replicate poking holes in paper from the back of the console is a gleeful little pleasure in this whimsical game.
