Consider this entry indicative of everything the last two Saints games have done in the name of ludicrousness. Fans of the original, more straight-up GTA cloning title are always put off the more they hear about flying jet-bikes and missions where you have to weaponise faeces, but if you can get on board with the insane, kitchen sink-including nature of how Volition's board meetings must go down, they're one hell of a ride. Cut to Saints IV and the developers decided an alien invasion storyline was the way to go, as the enslaving of the human race into a Matrix-like program would allow them to give you superpowers as the game world's 'code' was hacked from the ships you live in back in the real world. However to get to that point, your crew would first rescue you, leading to an escape scene where The Boss flicks the radio to a random station, only to be greeted by Haddaway's What Is Love?, which is possibly the most gloriously 80's-sounding thing you'll ever hear. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdLW8mtPoAs
