20 Best Wii Games Of All Time

9. Xenoblade Chronicles

Mario Kart Wii
Nintendo

Xenoblade Chronicles is arguably the best RPG on the Wii, and the fight to get the game in America will always be one of the most memorable gaming movements in the past decade.

The Japanese and us Europeans got the game easy but Americans had to fight for the chance to play this masterpiece. Operation Rainfall was a movement started by American gamers to get this game, The Last Tower, and Pandora's Tower released over there. It worked. They got all three games with Xenoblade Chronicles coming over two years after us Europeans got the game.

The game itself is great, taking place on a giant robot known as Bionis, you as Shulk can explore this fascinating world where you fight against the evil Mechon.

The story is more complex than that, it's a JRPG after all, but I don't want to spoil anything. Just play this game if you haven’t.

The Wii version of the game isn't exactly cheap in most regions (especially America). If you want to play it then your best bet is Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition for the Nintendo Switch. It's a great version of the game which includes some more story for you to experience.
