20 Best Wii Games Of All Time

15. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Mario Kart Wii
Nintendo

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword has its issues. The game is badly paced, everything is over-explained, and the motion controls can be a pain at times.

The thing is though, the game has so many positives that it warrants being called one of the best Wii games of all time, and justifies having a remaster on the Nintendo Switch - maybe not for full price though.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword has one of the most charming stories in the Zelda series, where you rescue the best Zelda (don't @ me) as you discover the origins of the entire franchise.

When the motion controls do work which is more frequently than they are given credit for, they work great, and really help you feel like Link.

The game has some of the most creative dungeons in the entire series including the excellent Sandship, Ancient Cistern, and Sky Keep. Flying around on your loftwing is a blast and Skyloft is one of the most interesting settings for any Zelda game even if it is a bit small.

This is a must-play for any Zelda fans, it's got Groose in it, how can anybody hate a game with Groose in it?
